Location & Travel:

The IAM venue will be at the Sporthotel Fuchsbachtal, in Barsinghausen, Germany, which provides **** hotel accommodation. Additional budget rooms will be available at the "Sportschule" directly adjacent to the Sporthotel.

Barsinghausen is located about 30 km south-west from Hannover. The hotel can be easily reached by public transport, rail (S-Bahn) and bus (a bus stop is in front of the hotel) from Hannover Main Station (connection to high speed train services, www.bahn.de). Air travel is also easy: Hannover Airport (HAJ) provides multiple direct connections to many European cities, including many hubs (as e.g. Frankfurt, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Zürich, Istanbul). Long distance travelers have to connect at these hubs. There is an S-Bahn station at Hannover airport for connecting to the IAM venue. Complimentary parking space is also available at the hotel.

Registration and Accommodation (<- please click here to register)

Online registration is open now! Please click on the link above asap, because early bird rates are only available until December 27th. Registration deadline is June 1St, 2016.

Only IAM all inclusive packages are available.

IAM all inclusive packages include the scientific program, coffee breaks, meals, accommodation, welcome reception, farewell dinner and the use of the Hotel's Gym and Spa. Prices depend on type of accommodation (single or shared, **** hotel rooms or ** Sportschule rooms). Early bird rebates will be available until 27th of december 2015.

Online abstract submission will be available in March 2016.

Please note: The deadline for abstract submission is May 15th, 2016. Late breaker abstracts (posters only) can be submitted until May 31st, 2016.

Social Program (deadline July 29th)

It is a great tradition of IAM to have a special afternoon for social activities. Football activities are available on site and our venue is also close to the city of Hannover (for sight seeing) and to the land of legends and fairy tales along the river Weser. Just read the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" or the fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm !
